Roles and Responsibilities

  1. To receive incoming calls
  2. Give timely resolution of customer queries
  3. Can able to handle customer queries and can populate and ask for extended help from seniors.
  4. Can able to record the QUERIES in CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Any graduate with some past experience of call center exposer.
  2. Can able to speak in both English and Hindi.
  3. Min 6 Month Experience, more than that will be an added advantage.
  4. In Handling of Any scheme related portal/services call center services with Indian Government will be added advantages
  5. Location- Gurugram
